These are the first finished. As an intro to watercolor we looked at a letter Paul Klee wrote (illustrated) and designed letters like he did spelling out a Christmas message. It became a simple way to explore design and color. The spaces spell Merry Christmas (sometimes Xmas). This will be practice for a larger more formal work to come.
