Upside-down Drawing

When you turn a drawing upside down you bypass the left brain symbol making aspect of drawing and the right brain space relationship aspect becomes dominant. You really draw what you see not what you think you see.

1.  In your sketchbook :
2. Divide one page into 5 sections.
3. draw the word LINE in double line letters.
4. listen to your favorite music
5. in each section draw a different Line patten that you have learned in class.
6. Fill entire page.
7. you may use ink or colored pencil or both
8. choose a different pattern for the insides of the word.
9. you will graded on how neatly yoou draw your patterns. 20points for each section. 10 extra points for color.
10. try not to be too random in your markmaking.
11. Listen to music as you draw.
